About our Journal

SDIG Global Diversity & Inclusion Journal is a peer-reviewed, quarterly open-access publication. The journal is one of the platforms for our members to share their perspectives on issues while appreciating the power of multiple stories.
The SDIG Journal provides everyone, especially the marginalized group, a safe, open, inclusive, and awareness-generating space to share their varied perspectives on issues.

We create learning environments through our posts, sharing member stories, hosting webinars, and discussions on local and global inclusive practice, exploring diverse perspectives, employing data analysis, and ultimately advancing innovative and creative solutions to the issues of our time.

SDIG uses the platform to promote professional networking and engagement by disseminating research, analytical and integrative articles, book reviews, and a variety of stories covering topics like education, psychology, sociology, culture, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, global locations, socioeconomic statuses, age, and disabilities, among others. As one of many projects SDIG does, SDIG Journal provides a platform through which writing fosters the sharing of multiple stories that consistently promote critical learning and add value to our partners and associates.

Furthermore, the SDIG journal provides a platform for exploring issues, engaging members in vigorous debates, sharing multiple stories, and elevating participants' cross-cultural communication competencies.
